Shullsburg Creamery Curds get a refreshed look

PSA for our devoted curd lovers – something new is coming your way.  No, we didn’t change anything about the curds (because those are perfect already), nor did we change anything about our proprietary packaging process that allows for the curds to retain their natural shape when you open for serving.  But we did refresh the design on our label to a new look on both our 9oz and 12oz sizes!  Look for our new refreshed design the next time you shop in store or online! 

Three Fun Facts about Curds

• Did you know?  Before cheeses like Cheddar are formed into blocks or wheels, they start out as curds.
• Noisy cheese – A curd’s texture is firm and springy.  This is what causes the “squeaking” sound when you eat them!
• The people have spoken – Shullsburg Creamery’s top three selling curd flavors are Mixed, Garlic & Chive, and White.
