January 04 2023

January/February 2023's issue of U.S. Food Link, the bi-monthly newsletter for for importers of U.S. foods, will feature Shullsburg Creamery's very own Blueberry Cheddar Cheese.  The cheese, which is part of Shullsburg Creamery's Artisanal line, combines whole blueberries and white Cheddar to create a flavor experience that is both sweet and tangy.

The publication will be distributed through Foreign Ag Service offices to U.S. Embasses around the world, allowing Shullsburg Creamery's goodness to go global!

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

I purchased three kinds of your cheeses and I fell in love. They're just right - Blueberry , Cranberry and my new favorite, Cheddar with Hot Peppers. They have the right balance of pop. So glad I tried your product! I will be hoping you stay at my store!

Meet Rosey, the 2025 Cheesefest Carving

It was one beautiful day at this year's Cheesefest, taking place in historic downtown Water Street earlier this month.  And one of the event's favorite attractions is always the sculpted Cheddar cow.  Shullsburg Creamery proudly donates a 40-pound block of Cheddar each year to sculptor Vicki Janisch, who then does her magic.  We caught up with Vicki to understand the inspiration behind this year's cow!
