Cheesy Breadsticks
Made with Shullsburg Creamery Breadsticks & Italia String Cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 Shullsburg Creamery Plain or Garlic Breadsticks
- 8 pieces of Italia String Cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
- Garlic powder
Directions:
Prepare by slicing breadsticks lengthwise about 3/4 of the way through. Lay breadsticks on a sheet pan, open side up. For each breadstick, cut one piece of Italia String Cheese in half lengthwise, and place inside. Brush on melted butter, sprinkle with a pinch of garlic powder, and place in preheated oven (400ºF) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasty brown. Enjoy!
