Dairy Brunch
Made with Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Cheeses
- 8 slices buttered bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/4 c. celery
- 3 stalks, green onion, diced
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 4 c. milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (4oz) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
- Ham, cubed, or bacon, crumbled (amount desired)
- 1 c. (4oz) Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 c. (4oz) Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mix together first 8 ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, add cheese. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Serves 4-6.
