Made with Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Cheddar
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen cubed hash browns
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Cheddar
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Prairie Farms Sour Cream
- 8 oz. Prairie Farms Cream Cheese
- Cooked and crumbled bacon or cubed ham
Instructions:
Combine chicken broth and hash browns in large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and bacon or ham. Cook until cream cheese is melted.
