Made with Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Cheeses
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 c. Shullsburg Creamery Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. pepperoni, sliced
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. green bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Shullsburg Creamery Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Separated refrigerated biscuits and cut in half crosswise. On a greased baking sheet, flatten each biscuit and crimp a small ridge to form a crust. Put sauce on top of biscuits, sprinkle all ingredients on biscuits, and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until biscuits are browned. Serves 16.
