Salmon Mac & Cheese

Made with Shullsburg Creamery Gruyere & Italia Grated Parmesan

When Shullsburg Creamery Warehouse Manager James Morgan took a recent trip to Alaska, he caught more than just fish.  He hooked onto a savory comfort-food recipe with a seafood twist that he couldn't wait to try with Shullsburg Creamery and Italia products.  Guests pointed James and his wife to this recipe on everydaydishes.com, encouraging him to try it with his fresh catch of the day.  Using Shullsburg Creamery Gruyere and Italia Grated Parmesan, James and his wife brought this dish to life.  James' wife snapped a shot of the finished product before they dug in.

"It's really easy to make and the taste is over the top when you add the fresh caught wild Alaskan salmon," notes James.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

I purchased three kinds of your cheeses and I fell in love. They're just right - Blueberry , Cranberry and my new favorite, Cheddar with Hot Peppers. They have the right balance of pop. So glad I tried your product! I will be hoping you stay at my store!

Meet Rosey, the 2025 Cheesefest Carving

It was one beautiful day at this year's Cheesefest, taking place in historic downtown Water Street earlier this month.  And one of the event's favorite attractions is always the sculpted Cheddar cow.  Shullsburg Creamery proudly donates a 40-pound block of Cheddar each year to sculptor Vicki Janisch, who then does her magic.  We caught up with Vicki to understand the inspiration behind this year's cow!
