Made with Shullsburg Creamery Muenster
Ingredients (Makes 2 paninis)
- 4 slices sourdough or ciabatta bread
- 6–8 slices deli turkey
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
- 2–3 tbsp cranberry sauce or cranberry spread
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- Optional: fresh spinach or arugula
Instructions
Preheat your panini press to medium-high. Lay out your bread slices and spread cranberry sauce on two slices and Dijon mustard on the other two slices. On the outer sides of the bread, spread butter to create that golden crispy crust later on. Build your sandwich by layering two slices of Muenster cheese, turkey and optional greens onto the cranberry side of the bread. Top with another slice of Muenster and close with the Dijon mustard side of the bread. Place sandwiches in the press and cook until bread is golden brown and Muenster is melted and gooey. Remove from heat and let rest 1 minute before serving.
